Clearing DNS Cache

1. Print these instructions.
2. Close any open browser screens.
3. Open a command prompt. (In Windows this can be done by clicking on the start menu, then selecting Programs, then Accessories, and then Command Prompt)
4. In the black Command Prompt window, type the following    ipconfig / flushdns
5. While still in the black Command Prompt window, also type the following   nbtstat -R  (Note: the R is capital)
6. Open a browser window and log into EastSideSwimTeam.com again.
7. If these steps don't help the situation, then try using this link to log into the website, instead of clicking on the "Members Only" link.
